A veteran in the industry, Marie began her real estate career over 30 years ago. To her, helping people buy or sell their homes is more than a career, it’s a passion.

Marie was born in Panama and began her real estate career in Virginia Beach. She moved to South Jacksonville Beach 16 years ago where she resides with her husband, Steve and their beloved rescue dog, Lola.

In 2011, Marie launched Farrell International Realty. Her firm specializes in the beaches area: Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and the Intracoastal West.

Internationally, Marie focuses on helping buyers from all over the country and Canada retire to or purchase a second home in her native country, Panama.

Her favorite aspect of living and working at the Beaches is the peaceful lifestyle it offers, coupled with the pleasant weather and friendly community.
